The Ford Diagnostic Antenna Kit is designed to allow the technician to trouble shoot issues across AM/FM, Satellite Radio, and GPS systems. The kit includes known good antennas for each of those media applications, and a quick plug-in will confirm if the issue lies in the antenna itself.If the known good does not fix the issue, the included resistor loads and breakout cables allow the technician to measure resistance across the cable line identifying if there is a potential pinched wire, short, or open.If steps one and two do not identify an issue, the problem may be in the module itself.
