Shipping Policy

At HeyNow Safety Products, we are committed to transparency and reliable delivery. As an authorized retailer, we partner with premier manufacturers to ship professional-grade safety equipment directly from US-based distribution centers to your job site.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $500.00 within the continental United States.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $500.00, a flat shipping fee of $25.00 applies.

Delivery Timelines

To ensure the fastest transit times, orders are routed to the nearest regional U.S. distribution center with available stock

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Transit Time: 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3–9 business days.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (EST) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If your order contains items from different brands, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Due to the nature of industrial safety equipment, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
