  • Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Total Cost: The total price shown at checkout includes the product price, shipping fees (if applicable), and sales tax. There are no hidden handling fees.

  • Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by Florida state law and other applicable jurisdictions.

3. Products and Availability Product descriptions and pricing are provided to the best of our ability. Availability is subject to change based on regional stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery To ensure the fastest transit times, orders are routed to the nearest regional U.S. distribution center with available stock. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed handling and transit times.

5. Returns and Refunds Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability HeyNow Safety Products is not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of professional-grade tools or safety equipment. Our liability is limited to the total purchase price of the order.

7. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Orange County, Florida.
