Malta Dynamics has developed a hard hat visor kit designed to provide full protection for both head and face. This kit includes our popular 4 Pt. Ratchet Full Brim Style Hard Hat, a full face visor, and a bracket for easy attachment. The hard hat features a poly brow pad and four points of attachment for a secure fit, while the full brim provides added protection against splash, glare, and sun exposure. The ratchet system allows users to customize the fit for comfort and safety.
These hard hats meet the highest industry standards, complying with ANSI Type E & G regulations. A Class G rating offers protection at 2,200 volts, ideal for those exposed to low-voltage conductors, while a Class E rating provides protection up to 20,000 volts for high-voltage environments. The hard hat is designed to reduce the impact of falling objects, ensuring comprehensive safety.
The Malta Dynamics flat acetate visor is compatible with Malta Dynamics brand face shield brackets, protecting against light chemical splashes and impacts. Malta Dynamics visors conform to ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2010 standards and meet OSHA 1910.135 and 1926.100 when used with Malta Dynamics headgear or face shield brackets.
